The Lagos State Ministry of Education has issued the Official 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Term Harmonized Dates/Academic Calendar for the 2021/2022 Academic Session for Public and Private [Primary and Secondary Schools].

RECOMMENDED: 2022 SCHOOLS ACADEMIC CALENDAR HERE

The following are the approved LASG school term dates for 2021/2022:
2021/2022 1st Term On Monday, September 13th, 2021, classes will resume.
Second Term (2021-2022) On Tuesday, January 4th, 2022, the program will resume.
2021/2022 3rd Term On Monday, April 25th, 2022, classes will resume.

STAFF PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT (SPD)

1ST TERM:

Monday, September 6th, to Friday, September 10th, 2021 5 days (Student holiday)
Academic Year One: September 13th through December 17th, 2021 (63 Days) 12 Weeks & 3 Days (12 Weeks & 3 Days)
Monday, September 13th, 2021 is the resumption date.

First Half:

Monday, September 13th to Friday, October 29th, 2021 (33 Learning Days)
Tuesday, September 21, 2021 is International Literacy Day (Observance)
The 1st of October in the year 2021 will be recognized as National Day (1-Day Public Holiday)
Tuesday, October 5, 2021 is WORLD TEACHERS’ DAY (Observance)
PRIMARY SCHOOL OPEN DAY: Thursday, October 28th, 2021 (Observance)
SECONDARY SCHOOL OPEN DAY: Friday, October 29th, 2021 (Observance)
Monday, November 1st, through Friday, November 5th, 2021 (5 Days)
The second half will take place from Monday, November 8th, through Friday, December 17th, 2021. (30 Learning Days)
