LEARNSMART ONLINE COMPETITON is open to all students in Nigeria but exclude all public schools

COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS!

The participant must be aged within the range of 6 to 9 and must be in primary 3, 4, 5 or 6.
All participants must be willing to provide right information during the registration.
Student(s) must supply an active email address as at the time of registration.
Student(s) must provide rightful image of themselves as at the time of registration. Any misrepresentation of image by the student may lead to disqualification.

Use of a false information may result in disqualification.
As at the time of registration, an amount of a thousand naira must be paid to become a participant in the online competition.
Registration fee is not refundable.
LearnSmart will not be responsible for any resources that will be used by the student to participate in the online competition

The resources needed by participant in order to avoid disruption and disqualification are;

Kindly note that LearnSmart will not be responsible if the aforementioned resources are not met by the participants.

No parent(s), teacher, friends or family should assist the participant during the competition as this will lead to disqualification.
Any act of cheating during the competition suspected by LearnSmart will lead to disqualification.
Any additional information needed to be disseminated to all participants will be sent via emails.
The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual.

LearnSmart reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions.
In the event of a prize being unavailable, the Schoolssmart reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
The winner(s) agree(s) to the prospective use of their name, photograph and disclosure of address and will co-operate with any other reasonable requests.
Reasonable efforts will be made to contact the winner(s) and deliver the prize(s). If the winner(s) cannot be contacted, or are unable to comply with these terms and conditions, LearnSmart reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible participant or runner(s)-up selected by LearnSmart judges.
Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.
